In this episode of Triggre Weekend Masterclass, Eddie shows you how to extend “Patty Portal”, our free self-service employee portal template, by adding an automated process that checks employee sick leave patterns and alerts supervisors when follow-up is needed. With this update, managers receive an email with a PDF report automatically when someone has reported sick too frequently within a set time period, according to the historical data already stored in the system.
