# Saving a version

While Triggre [automatically saves versions for you](https://docs.triggre.com/features/versions/autosaved-versions) it can be handy to save a version under a specific name. That way you can [easily find it later](https://docs.triggre.com/features/designer/searching-for-items-in-the-designer). To save the current version of your design:

1. Go to **Versions**.
2. Click the **Add button**.
3. Choose **Save current version**.
4. Give your version a clever name.
