After handing out the resources a new employee needs (such as a laptop or phone), the employee must sign in to the application to confirm receipt. With this extension, you’ll learn how to automatically generate a resource issue form as PDF as soon as a resource is received, including details like the employee’s name, signature, and the resource’s serial number. The document is stored directly in the portal, making it easy to download or send by email whenever needed.
