This handy template can be used to manage Purchase Order (PO) numbers, which are issued when placing an order with a supplier. Those PO numbers are valid for a specific period of time, often a calendar year. For subscriptions, however, the PO number needs to be renewed for each new period. That’s why in this video, you’ll learn how to extend the template so the system automatically sends an email reminder one month before a PO number expires. This gives the requester enough time to arrange a new PO number for the next period and share it with the supplier.
