Eddie explores how to integrate your business application with a custom ChatGPT that can read your own in-application files (such as invoices) and answer questions about the information they contain.
This integration makes it very easy to enhance knowledge management with AI capabilities while ensuring that internal documents remain secure within your custom ChatGPT environment.
