Email white lines

Is there a easy way to adjust the white lines?

While in the designer the distance between the lines is okay:

But when I get the email in my outlook/gmail its like this:

In short my question is, would it be possible to have it like this:
Write your text below:
This is the second line

And not like this:

Write your text below:

This is the second line

If you would use Shift+Enter instead of just Enter, you would loose the whitespace between the two lines.
