Request to server error message


I have recently set-up an API integration between Triggre and Boomi (an API endpoint service), to pass data from Triggre to the service.

My client tested this setup for the first time last week and identified an error message displayed in the UI “request to server error”. Strangely, the required data was still successfully transmitted to the end point service.

However, the subsequent action (updating the relevant Triggre table) wasn’t completed (i.e. API worked but Triggre update workflow didn’t work).

I am happy to walkthrough the set-up privately if this helps.

Please send me a DM containing information about your customer’s designer name and on which environment it’s happened, also the name of the automation/user flow where the call is made - most probably, I will have more questions after that, but at least I could quickly check the logs.
